Recipe

Truffle Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 400g fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat truffle oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
  4. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with parsley.
