We have a returns, replacements, damages policy, which means you have flexible options after receiving your items.
Returns
If you receive a bottle of wine that you dislike, is damaged or corked, you are welcome to return the remaining bottles to us at your own cost. You are eligible to receive a replacement of a different wine to the retail value of the wine as displayed on www.divino.com.au. To apply for replacement, simply contact us at hello@divino.com.au. Please note that is may take up to 15 days after receiving your return for the replacement request to be actioned. If your replacement request is accepted, then you will be communicated delivery times to receive your replacement bottle/s.
Replacement

Pause
You can pause your DiVino Grand Tour membership at any time. You can do so by logging into your account and clicking 'Pause", or simply email us at hello@divino.com.au and we will process your request to pause your subscription.

You can cancel your DiVino Grand Tour membership at any time. You can do so by logging into your account and clicking 'Pause", or simply email us at hello@divino.com.au and we will process your request to cancel your subscription.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and fix it - simply email us at hello@divino.com.au.
