    Orata al Limone (Lemon-Baked Sea Bream)

    Ingredients:

    • 1 whole sea bream (or snapper), cleaned and gutted
    • 2 lemons, thinly sliced
    • 3 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
    • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
    • Salt and pepper, to taste
    • ½ cup dry white wine (preferably Chardonnay DOC)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
    2. Place the fish on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
    3. Rub the inside and outside of the fish with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    4. Stuff the cavity with lemon slices, parsley, and thyme.
    5. Pour the white wine over the fish and arrange the remaining lemon slices on top.
    6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the fish is tender and flaky.
    7. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and a fresh green salad.

    Tip: Pair with roasted potatoes or a light couscous salad for a complete meal.
