The more you explore Europe with DiVino, the more privileges you unlock.

DiVino Status rewards you with exclusive benefits including birthday bottles, additional discounts on wine purchases, complimentary tastings, wine dinner offers, travel savings and more - as a thank you for choosing DiVino.

Grand Tour members are automatically upgraded to Cru status, so you can begin enjoying benefits immediately.

Your Status is based on your annual spend and unlocks richer benefits as you move through the tiers: Cru, Premier Cru, Grand Cru and Grand Cru Classé.

Your spend accumulates across the calendar year and resets on 1 January.

Once you reach a status level, you enjoy those benefits immediately and throughout the following year.

For example: if you reach Grand Cru during 2026, you will enjoy Grand Cru benefits immediately and throughout 2027. To maintain that status, you would need to reach Grand Cru again during 2027 to enjoy the benefits in 2028.

As a thank you, we are backdating the Status program so you will be rewarded for your 2025 spend this year.

You’ll also continue to earn rewards through DiVino Points, with 1 point earned for every $1 spent.

Think of it as your way to enjoy even more of Europe with every order.

Discounts on wine purchases and complimentary tastings are automatically applied at checkout once you reach your status level.

For travel trip discounts, simply email us and we will arrange these benefits for you as they are not automatically applied online.

To receive your birthday bottle, please make sure your date of birth is entered in your customer account.

How to view your Status

You can view your DiVino Status inside your customer account.

If you already have an account:

• Go to www.divino.com.au
• Click the person icon (at the top of the page on mobile, or click the three lines in the menu and then the person icon at the bottom)
• Log in using the email address you usually order with

If you don't have an account yet:

• Go to www.divino.com.au
• Click the person icon
• Select Login
• Select Create Account
• Use the same email address you normally order with

Once logged in:

• Click Points & Status
• Then select VIP
• You will see your current Status and the perks available to your tier
• Make sure your date of birth is entered in your account under My Profile to receive your birthday bottle

DiVino Status and DiVino Points work alongside each other, so you can unlock tier benefits while also earning points on every purchase.
