Lobster Thermidor
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/4 cup cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup grated Gruyère cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
- Steam lobster tails for 8-10 minutes, then cut in half and remove meat. Reserve shells.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté lobster meat. Add white wine, cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stuff lobster shells with the mixture, top with Gruyère cheese, and broil until golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
