Lobster Tail with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Split lobster tails lengthwise and place on a baking tray.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
