Pici all’Aglione (Handmade Pasta with Tomato and Garlic Sauce)
Ingredients:
- 400g pici pasta (or spaghetti)
- 4 large garlic cloves, minced
- 400g canned peeled tomatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
