Ingredients:
- 1 ready-made pizza base or thin pastry
- 200g crème fraîche
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 100g bacon rashers, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped chives, for garnish
