Recipe

Grilled Ribeye Steak

Ingredients:

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, halved

Instructions:

  1. Brush steaks with olive oil and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat a grill or skillet to high heat. Sear steaks for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, adjusting for desired doneness.
  3. Add thyme and garlic to the pan during the last minute of cooking for added aroma.
  4. Rest steaks for 5 minutes before serving.

Tip: Serve with chimichurri or red wine jus for extra flavour.
