Description

Antinori Marchese Antinori Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is a refined and elegant red wine from Tuscany, Italy. Made predominantly from Sangiovese with a small proportion of complementary varietals, it boasts aromas of red cherries, blackberries, and violets, with subtle notes of vanilla, spice, and leather. The palate is full-bodied with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, harmonious finish.

Recipe

Lamb Chops with Herb Crust

Ingredients:

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Season lamb chops with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, rosemary, garlic, and olive oil.
  3. Press the breadcrumb mixture onto each lamb chop to form a crust.
  4. Place the lamb chops on a baking tray and roast for 10–12 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.
  5. Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes.

Tip: Drizzle with balsamic glaze for added depth of flavour.
