Ingredients:
- 1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Parmesan shavings, for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Toss the asparagus with olive oil, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the asparagus for 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender and slightly charred.
- Remove from the grill and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Garnish with Parmesan shavings and serve warm.
